We are seeking experienced Primary and Palliative Care Physicians and Providers (NP, RN, MA, VA) who are passionate about providing care to homebound individuals. You will visit patients in their homes or residential facilities, and offer virtual consultations, expanding access to high-quality, personalized medical care. This is a unique opportunity to focus on what matters most—patient care. You will provide essential services to homebound individuals while enjoying a flexible schedule and exceptional compensation

What We Offer

Flexible Schedule: Ideal for semi-retired or seasoned providers looking for patient-focused work. You create your own schedule.

Mobile and Virtual Care: Provide care in patients’ homes, residential facilities, or via virtual visits for remote consultations and follow-ups.

Doctors (MD): Be an independent contractor and the boss of your own schedule. Deliver primary and palliative care in the home, focusing on individualized care and flexible treatment approaches to a unique population.

We also offer opportunities for healthcare professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in home-based and virtual care. You need:

  • Willingness to work as an independent contractor
  • Reliable transportation and personal/car insurance.
  • Ability to use a smartphone, laptop, and EMR systems
  • Unrestricted California license in good standing
  • Experience in primary or palliative care or geriatrics.

Part-time and flexible work or shadowing and rotation opportunities

Medical Assistants (MA): Gain practical experience in non-traditional care settings, learning patient support techniques in home-based environments.

Registered Nurses (RN): Participate in community-based care, managing patients with complex needs in their own homes.

Nurse Practitioners (NP): Shadow experienced providers, develop your clinical skills, and gain exposure to both mobile and virtual care.
