Fee Structure

The annual membership fee is a convenience/retainer fee in addition to your insurance for services (conveniences) outside of insurance plan coverage.
Don’t have insurance? Call us to find out if we are able to offer a one time or trial to you.
Need consultation only? Your PCP can send us a referral.
Virtual and telehealth appointments are billed the same as office appointments.
